The Centre for Postgraduate Medical Education of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, in accordance with the Regulations on Internship (Order of the Ministry of Health of 22.06.2021 No. 1254), offers graduates of all higher education institutions of Ukraine of the current and previous years admission to the internship in the specialty 221 Dentistry, 16 specialties 222 Medicine and specialty 228 Paediatrics.
The list of educational offers of the Centre is based on the content of the Appendix to the Regulations on Internship in terms of requirements for applicants, available specialties and terms of study and on the licenses held by Karazin University to carry out educational activities in the field of postgraduate medical education (internship).
The duration of the internship training depends on the speciality chosen by the graduate and is regulated by the Regulations on Internship and is as follows:

Internship training consists of educational and practical parts. The educational part of the internship is conducted at the university, and the practical part is conducted at the health care institution (internship base). The distribution of academic work (study time) between the educational and practical parts of the internship training is carried out in accordance with the Educational process schedules and Calendar plans for training of doctors-interns, which are approved by the curricula for training in internship in each of the specialties.
