The tireless striving for development and selfless work of the Center’s staff, administration and scientific and pedagogical staff of the School of Medicine during the difficult 2022-2023 academic year became the impetus for expanding the list of educational offers in the field of postgraduate medical education and creating a multifaceted educational and professional environment for training and advanced training of health care professionals and non-medical specialties in the field of medical and preventive knowledge.

Today, the Center offers students internship training in 17 primary medical specialties 221 Dentistry, 222 Medicine and 228 Paediatrics, more than 35 cycles of secondary medical specialization and internships, more than 300 educational activities for the continuous professional development of healthcare professionals, 20 cycles of specialization for people without higher medical education working in the healthcare sector, and about 100 educational activities for people with non-medical specialties.

Since September 2022, the Karazin Center for Postgraduate Medical Education has been works under the direction of Doctor of Medicine, Associate Professor Oleksandr KOZLOV.

The promising areas of the Center’s work are the expansion of international contacts, internationalization of educational initiatives, increase of educational offers in the already implemented areas of activity, international certification of teachers and training programs, etc.
