Clear concept of practice-oriented training for each primary medical specialization
The internship training programme is the main regulatory document that shapes the educational trajectory of an intern and provides full, practically oriented training for independent professional activity in the specialty. The exemplary internship training programmes were approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 556 dated 31.03.2022, the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 1114 dated 28.06.2022 and the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 1219 dated 14.07.2022.
On the basis of the model programmes, unique Karazin internship training programmes have been developed, which include blocks of additional components, which are separate training programmes. Most of the blocks of additional components of the internship training programmes are based on international training programmes, are taught by certified international instructors and are conducted using modern simulation and training equipment.

Each internship training program includes a block of additional components, which in most cases is a standardized international training program with certified instructors or a simulation course that provides mastery of certain practical skills, which improves the quality of training of interns and their competitiveness. Internship training programs in all specialties include 2 blocks of additional components for each year of training.
